Jonas Karles founded Minna Technologies ten years ago, a company he successfully scaled and sold to Mastercard in October 2024 for SEK 770 million. Over the past two years, he has built 13 companies through his venture studio, generating a combined turnover of more than SEK 45 million. With leading roles in sales, product, and change management, Jonas has consistently demonstrated how to turn challenges into concrete business opportunities. His energy on stage is often compared to Sweden’s top speakers, and he never leaves an audience untouched, blending personal stories with practical tips for business development. He also brings cutting-edge tools, trends, and solutions in recruitment, sales, and leadership.

Märta Hyding Ghatan is COO at Talentium and has extensive experience helping companies scale – both as an advisor and operator. She previously led the international expansion of a fast-growing SaaS scale-up and is passionate about building scalable go-to-market engines.

Sebastian Hjärne is the founder and CEO of Talentium – an AI-powered platform helping companies hire faster, smarter, and more human. He sold his first company before the age of 20, has since launched several startups, and now leads Talentium with backing from EQT Ventures, Klarna founder Sebastian Siemiatkowski and VOI founder Fredrik Hjelm.

Tiffany Boswell was voted Sweden’s female founder of the year and is the founder and CEO of Meela, an AI-driven mental health matching platform now launched in Sweden and the UK. Meela uses advanced data analytics combined with human insights to connect people with the right psychologist, improving therapy outcomes and reducing dropout rates.

Since its launch, Meela has matched over 100,000 people with therapists, helping to transform the way mental health care is accessed and delivered. Recently, Meela partnered with leading insurance provider SEB to make high-quality mental health support more accessible to even more people across Sweden.

Tiffany’s own experience struggling to find the right therapist, alongside her background in psychology, inspired her to build a solution that brings precision, compassion, and accessibility to mental health care.

Margarita Triantafyllidou is the CEO of Secondry, the new gateway to secondary trading. Margarita is a former Wall Street Executive, angel investor, and CFA charterholder with 15 years of experience in equity due diligence and fund management. Margarita oversaw Morgan Stanley's $90B equity product platform in New York City serving High Net Worth, Family Offices and Institutional clients. She's a serial angel investor, 2x entrepreneur, investing educator and startup mentor.

Linnea is a behavioural scientist and serial entrepreneur with 10+ years scaling tech & AI startups across the US, UK and Europe. Former exec at the UK’s #1 AI startup Unitary (2024). Now founder/CEO of Glimmer, applying AI to maternal mental health.

Amanda Enocksson Gyllenberg is the CEO of VNTRS, a venture studio backing the startups of tomorrow through sweat equity investments in early-stage tech companies. An experienced portfolio manager and investment coach, she has guided dozens of founders and investors in scaling businesses, raising capital, and driving long-term growth.

Linda Elfving is an Investment Manager at Almi Invest, Sweden’s leading early-stage investor. Almi specializes in identifying and supporting innovative technologies with high growth potential. In her role, Linda is actively involved in several portfolio companies, serving on boards and contributing to strategic development. She brings a strong entrepreneurial background, having founded a company focused on structural analysis.

Markus Tornberg is a business coach at Almi and helps companies with business development by changing routines and finding new perspectives on better ways forward in areas such as sales, sustainability, product development, teamwork and capital management.

Joel Rozada is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and creative technologist with a proven track record of founding and scaling ventures at the intersection of AI, mobility, design, and fintech. He is the founder of Interplanetary Species, pioneering AI “virtual employees” that autonomously manage administrative workflows and redefine productivity at scale.

Over the past two decades, Joel has founded and led multiple companies, including NEXULAR (IoT and AI for electric two- and three-wheelers in India, Southeast Asia, and Africa), The Techno Creatives (a global design and technology studio with 20+ Red Dot Awards), Golden Ridge Robotics (automation), Yacht Defined (marine navigation technology), and Bokio (AI-driven accounting SaaS that scaled into one of Sweden’s most recognized fintech startups). Emma Rozada is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of The Techno Creatives, a venture studio now serving as Rozadas’ family office with over 20 companies launched within the group, and two successful exits, fintech scale-up Bokio (acquired by Visma) and YD (acquired by Navico).

With nearly two decades of experience building technology-driven businesses across five countries, Emma has worked as an operator, investor, and advisor. Today, her focus lies on building and backing new ventures in three key areas: e-mobility, future food systems, and financial systems for the masses. This has led to initiatives ranging from supporting electric mobility in China, India, Kenya, and Sweden, to advancing food security with Green City Farming and AIxBio, and to scaling fintech solutions like Nexular, which connects light electric vehicles with financial services from its base in Mumbai into Southeast Asia and Africa. 

With her frontier venture Interplanetary Species, she develops AI workers to replace administrative labor and shape the future of work.

In addition, Emma serves as a board member at the West Swedish Chamber of Commerce and as an advisor to Engineers Without Borders.

As a former startup founder, Stephanie understands entrepreneurial challenges and often talks openly about the highs and lows of work life. She is passionate about lifelong learning, mental health, and securing a future world we all want to live in. Based in Malmö, Sweden and originally from London, U.K., she has lived and worked in 7 countries over 11 years, and speak 3 languages.

In 2023, Steph first stepped in as Moderator for GBG Tech Week, she was back in 2024, and this year she is back for both Day 1 and Day 2, as well as collaborating as the Project Lead for the event with Malin K. ⚡️

Anders Fredriksson is a serial entrepreneur who has been building companies since 2004. He founded Tablefinder (acquired by Visit Technology Group) and, as CTO, helped scale ArrivalGuides (later acquired by Lonely Planet) to 15 million monthly visitors. Over the past 13 years, he has focused on B2B sales tech, largely in Silicon Valley, co-founding ventures including Proleads (acquired by OutboundWorks, later Koncert).

Today, Anders is on the founding team of AndSend, which helps consultants who hate sales build a networking habit so they never have to sell again. He is also the author of Speed: Optimizing Startups for Speed of Iteration, distilling lessons from raising capital, scaling teams, and designing startups around velocity and metrics.

Tobias is an operator-turned-investor who scaled Memmo, the celebrity video platformthat grew to over €10M in revenue within two years, raised more than €25M+, expanded into 15+ markets, grew the team to 150+ people in 20 months, and enabled creators to earn over $10M - then went on to join Antler Nordics as a Partner. 

Malin Frithiofsson is the CEO and co-founder of Daya Ventures, the world’s first venture studio focused on women’s health. She is also an angel investor and the founder of One of the Girls Has Money Now, a community teaching women how to invest in startups.

With a long experience from different parts of the business side of creative industries I have the last 4 years worked with startups in creative and music tech at Brewhouse Inkubator.

With more than 15 years of experience from working with startups within the game sector, Per has learnt a lot about one of the most global scalable industries in the world and dealing with entrepreneurs where passion is the foremost driving force.

Mikael is a content producer and business coach at Brewhouse Inkubator, always scouting new ideas within music tech and creative tech. A true lean-methods nerd, he supports startups by combining hands-on coaching with a passion for tech-driven solutions in music.

Charlotte has a background as an Social Psychologist and Economist and former CEO of her family’s third-generation chemical company. With deep expertise in industrial process fluids and sustainability, she founded Digiclean to revolutionize how industries consume and manage chemicals. She is passionate about building scalable, data-driven solutions that combine applied AI with industrial know-how to reduce chemical use and environmental impact across producing industries.

Nibras Stiebar-Bang is Co-Founder of HikmaAI, the Responsible AI Platform that helps organizations continuously evaluate, secure, and govern their AI agents before and after deployment. With a career spanning leadership in product, sales, and growth across startups and Fortune 500 environments, Nibras brings deep expertise in scaling secure and enterprise-grade platforms. At HikmaAI, she is shaping how enterprises and governments adopt AI responsibly, ensuring every AI agent is as secure, accountable, and dependable as any valued employee.

Co-founder and CEO of Lucero AB. Chris has spent the last 5 years fully immersed in the field of 3D cell culture and drug development. Chris and his team are developing miniature organs that can be used in drug development to speed up testing times and reduce dependency on animal testing.

As the CEO of InfiniNode, Patrik leads an expert team of professors and researchers to deliver high-performance, efficient, and reliable IP solutions that enable clients to build System-on-Chips for demanding AI and HPC applications. With over 18 years of experience in telecommunications, top-tier consultancy, and engineering, Patrik has developed core competencies in new business development, key account management, and a deep understanding of complex hardware and software solutions.

Axel is Co-founder and COO of Navari Surgical, a MedTech startup developing AR & AI-driven solutions to make cancer surgery safer, more precise, and faster. Founded together with surgeons, Navari has a clear mission: to make minimally invasive surgery accessible to everyone.

As a founder, Axel is involved in all aspects of the company, from strategy and operations to product development and partnerships.
