About
**THIS EVENT IS FULL!**
Tech Blueprint is a new forum dedicated to the integration of emerging technologies and their impact on business. This year’s focus is on AI-initiatives, how they are piloted, scaled, and embedded across organisations.
The event is designed for leaders, strategists, and innovation teams navigating change. Whether you're representing a medium-sized company or a global player, this is your opportunity to connect with others on the same journey — as well as with the startups and experts building tomorrow’s tools.
We’ve invited companies to openly share their experiences with AI adoption — including strategies, success factors, lessons learned, and the practical challenges they’ve faced.
Through keynotes, master classes, and practical discussions, Tech Blueprint offers concrete insights into what drives successful tech adoption — from internal strategy and leadership to data, culture, and capability.

Panel: This is why your pilot fails - understanding data relevancy
AI is only as powerful as the data behind it. But not all data is relevant, usable, or scalable. In this 25-minute discussion, our experts explore how to identify which data truly drives value, why more data doesn’t always mean better outcomes, and how to structure your data for effective AI integration.

Fireside: Building the infrastructure for scalable AI
Having the right data is only the beginning. The real challenge comes when you try to take a pilot and make it part of your everyday business. That’s where infrastructure decisions become critical. In this session, Ekkono and Axel Arrigato will share two different realities: one from industrial IoT and edge AI, the other from global fashion and retail. Together, they’ll explore what it takes to move from experiments in a sandbox to scalable, AI-ready systems.

Panel: How is AI affecting organisational structure? And how do you make sure everyone is invested in change?
Leaders play a crucial role in building confidence and trust when new technology is introduced. It takes time, and results are not immediate. Instead, it requires a long-term investment in people, culture and ways of working — our panellists share ways that this can be done successfully.

Masterclass 1: Physical AI - Robots Bringing AI into the Physical World
Join us for a masterclass on Physical AI, where we explore how intelligence is moving beyond the digital realm into the physical world.
Mehrdad H.M. Farimani introduces the concept of embodied AI and how advances in robotics, simulation, and digital twins are driving progress. Viktor Luthman and Dr Udaya B. Rongala demonstrates how IntuiCell brings these ideas to life, connecting digital models with real-world automation. Charlotta Kronblad examines how laws and societies adapt when AI takes physical form, touching on accountability and regulation under the AI Act. The session concludes with a panel discussion on what it takes to safely and effectively integrate Physical AI into society and industry.

Keynote: Designing AI Pilots That Scale — With Security and Responsibility at the Core
Launching an AI pilot is just the first step— but turning it into a lasting success requires a shift in mindset. Too often, organizations treat AI like a tool, when in reality it should be managed like an employee. In this keynote, Nibras will share the essential guardrails every organization needs when starting with AI: from security, compliance and governance to trust and accountability. Drawing from hands-on experience building HikmaAI, the Responsible AI Platform, she will explore how to design pilots that don’t just test technology — but prepare organizations to hire, onboard, and scale AI responsibly, as if it were part of their workforce.

Fireside: Breaking the data lock-in: The Inblick.ai & Mölndals Stad Blueprint
Organizations are drowning in data but starving for insights. This is the story of how a Swedish municipality and an AI startup bridged their worlds to solve that exact problem.
We’ll take you behind the scenes of one of Sweden's most innovative projects in data-driven education. We'll share the messy realities of their collaboration, the "aha!" moments, and how they navigated the cultural differences between bureaucracy and a startup mentality—“move fast but don’t break things.”
Join us to learn how this unlikely partnership is creating a blueprint not just for public services, but for any data-driven organization.

What does success look like when implementing AI in production?
Trioworld, one of Europe’s leading plastic film producers, set out to improve quality control and reduce waste. Together with Aixia, they implemented an AI-powered visual inspection system that detects surface defects in real time.
This eliminates the need for purely manual checks and ensures consistent quality across high-volume production.
The solution not only lowers production costs but also significantly reduces material waste. As a result, Trioworld strengthens its competitiveness while contributing to a more sustainable industry.

Panel: From Hype to ROI - How to turn AI spend into business value
How do you forecast the true cost and return of implementing AI? This session walks through a practical framework for estimating total cost of ownership, including data prep, integration, and training, while projecting both direct and indirect returns. Learn why traditional financial models must adapt to capture productivity gains, risk reduction, and new business value in the AI era.

Welcome back! Kicking off block 4

Keynote: From Silicon Valley to Silicon Valhalla: Building AI for the Future of Work
What happens when the urgency of Silicon Valley meets the fearless experimentation of the Nordics?
In this keynote, Sara takes you on a journey from her time at Stanford to building complex AI solutions at BCG, to ultimately returning home to Stockholm to launch Normain. Through stories, lessons learned, and real examples of organizations already leaping ahead, she’ll explore why those that implement AI today are emerging as leaders — while those who hesitate risk being left behind.
You’ll discover how startups and established companies alike can harness AI to transform the way they work. You’ll also get a glimpse into how the most forward-leaning Nordic startups are already embracing a Silicon Valhalla mindset: experimenting boldly, investing early, and acting with urgency.

Keynote: “Do you guys make AI shoes or something…?” A case study with Icebug
“Do you guys make AI shoes or something…?”
That was the first reaction when Google sent a Key Account Manager our way — they couldn’t quite wrap their heads around the fact that our core business is making outdoor shoes. We simply didn’t fit the usual mould of companies using their tech stack.
So how did a small, “non-techy” shoe company from Gothenburg end up diving deep into data? This session starts with something any clothing or footwear company could relate to — a product development process and value chain that looks just like everyone else’s. From there, we’ll explore where we’ve invested our data resources in recent years, how our “test–see if it works–double down” approach turned into a company-wide mindset, and what that has meant in practice.
You’ll hear the messy realities, the moments when everyone fell into sync, and how we balanced the “What’s in it for me?” from the team with management enthusiasm. We’ll also share a concrete example — like how customer reviews have shaped our way of working — and the key conditions that made it possible for this shift to happen in the first place.

Panel: What now - how can our learnings create an actionable tech blueprint moving forward?
We will have now heard from case studies and companies on how they go from pilot to full-scale integration - how can our learnings create an actionable blueprint for us moving forward?
What examples can we draw from other companies, industries, and countries about how they are going from testing to full-scale implementation? Where do we go from here?
With a global race for innovation underway, we’ll explore how Sweden can turn today’s insights into tomorrow’s competitive advantage.
