Jon Lindén co-founded Ekkono Solutions, a global pioneer in Edge AI software, in 2016. Mr Lindén is a awarded serial entrepreneur who also co-founded Procera Networks in Varberg, who moved the headquarters to Silicon Valley, went public on NYSE, re-IPO on NASDAQ, and reached $100M in annual sales to telecom operators during his time with the company. Mr Lindén also sits on the board of the public retail-tech company Vertiseit.

P-A Gustafsson is CEO and co-founder of Inblick.ai, a conversational BI platform that turns organisational data into actionable insights. His journey began in the late 1990s, shaping the classic game Worms at Team17 and later joining the acclaimed studio DICE. He went on to found and sell the gaming studio Solidicon. Over the past decade, his agency Future Memories has delivered 70+ projects for clients including STC, Axfood and Sleep Cycle. P-A is also an early investor and board member of health-tech scaleup Weekly Revolt.

Mauritz Kööhler and work as a data scientist at the school department in Mölndals stad. His focus is on turning educational data into insights that support better decision-making. Much of his work involves analysing student performance and school results over time. He develop tools that make complex data easier to use for teachers, principals, and policymakers. By combining statistical analysis with knowledge of the school system, he aim to bridge the gap between raw data and practical improvements in education

Charlotta Kronblad is a former lawyer - with ten years of experience from the legal field - who research the digital transformation of this very setting. Charlotta holds a PhD in digital transformation from Chalmers university of Technology and is currently employed at Gothenburg University. Her research focus on the implementation of algorithmic decision making in the public sector and implications on justice. Her work is published in top international journals, and she has presented her research at major academic conferences. She is a well renowned speaker on the digital transformation and the growing use of AI.

Sara Landfors is the Co-Founder and CEO of Normain, an AI platform that enables business teams to scale their expertise with custom AI agents embedded seamlessly into their existing processes. With an engineering degree from Stanford, she previously built data science solutions at BCG X and helped grow Validio, a data observability startup that raised $15M. Under her leadership, Normain—valued at €4M within just six months of being founded—has attracted top investors and been featured in Sifted, Breakit, and Di Digital as one of the top Nordic AI startups to watch. Sara herself is a recognized thought leader in AI and entrepreneurship, known for bridging deep tech and business impact, and is frequently featured in leading publications as a prominent Swedish voice in the AI space.

Charlotta Kvarnström is Europe Central Technology, Media and Telecommunications Consulting Leader at EY. With a strong focus on customer success and extensive experience in professional services and the TMT industry, she contributes invaluable insights and proven strategies. Her expertise includes AI, 5G, and emerging technologies, as well as managing key clients, strategic projects, operational excellence, and the delivery of technology-driven solutions and business processes, including outsourcing.

Fredrik is a data and AI enabler with 7 years of data science experience in a wide array of fields, working with clients through the entire data journey. Coming from a technical background and with an interest in business and organisations, he connects technology with business to helps Smartrs clients excel with data and AI from strategy and conceptualization to coding and integrating solutions.

Louise is a technology commercialization leader with 7+ years of AI and innovation experience across startups, global corporates, and research institutions. Coming from an engineering background with expertise in business strategy, she bridges the gap between cutting-edge technology and market opportunities. As Chief Commercial Officer at Smartr, Louise helps clients navigate the AI landscape from strategy and opportunity identification to implementation and market execution.

With a passion for business design, innovation, and making things happen, Lisa strives to contribute to the success of start-ups, ventures and new products and services.

Kyle is an innovation and business development professional with experience in sustainability, IP strategy, and start-up acceleration. With an engineering background from companies such as Volvo Cars, CEVT, Blackberry, and SONY, Kyle focuses on building competitive companies that deliver real value for end users. Outside of work, he is a dedicated swing dancer and founder of a non-profit dance organization.

Josefin is a software engineer with 8+ years of experience in data engineering and machine learning, currently working on designing and implementing distributed real-time data analysis systems for cyber and geopolitical security. Her technical background spans NLP, computer vision, RAG, and knowledge graphs. She holds a Master's in Computer Science and is co-founder and board member of the Gothenburg Artificial Intelligence Alliance (GAIA), a non-profit dedicated to strengthening Gothenburg's AI community for practitioners with hands-on experience.

As co-CEO of Icebug, Tom Nilsson focuses on transforming the footwear industry through pioneering sustainability. Jonas has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, and has collaborated closely with leading players such as IBM and NVIDIA in various innovation projects.

Since 2019, Åsa has been Managing Director at TechSverige. She has a long background from work in the area of ​​digitization, including as head of section in the department for digitization at The Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SKR) and as the government’s Chief Digital Officer.

Nibras Stiebar-Bang is Co-Founder of HikmaAI, the Responsible AI Platform that helps organizations continuously evaluate, secure, and govern their AI agents before and after deployment. With a career spanning leadership in product, sales, and growth across startups and Fortune 500 environments, Nibras brings deep expertise in scaling secure and enterprise-grade platforms. Niklas Silfverström is CEO and co-founder of Klang.ai. With a background in product and early-stage startups, he now leads Klang’s work on building privacy-first AI that understands language in local context.
