I’ve been with Volvo since 2017, and as a Tech Lead, I focus on making technology serve people, not the other way around. I started my journey in the world of .NET, but for several years now I’ve been exploring the React ecosystem with passion—combining solid backend foundations with modern frontend development.

Outside of work, I’m the definition of a maker—from precision modeling to tinkering with Arduino and 3D printing. When I put down the soldering iron and turn off the monitor, I recharge on mountain trails, believing that the best solutions often come away from the desk.

I’ve been working at Volvo since 2015—starting in support, moving through development, and now serving as a senior developer. I work daily on Product Center, a large application that serves as a hub for dealers and logistics. My focus is on making the system faster, safer, and as smooth as possible for the teams who rely on it.

I'm a Tech Lead and Principal Software Developer working for big enterprise companies. I enjoy working with the big picture of information technology and software development - overcoming everyday budget constraints to develop software that will be workable and serviceable for years to come, will fulfill needs of my company and people around me and assist its own evolution while maintaining consistency.

I started my journey at Volvo as a student. From day one, my mission as a DevSecOps engineer has been simple: make everything faster, safer, and make developers’ lives easier. On a daily basis, I achieve this by developing our internal Backstage platform.

Outside of work, I’m a perpetual student and challenge seeker, which naturally draws me to sports and the mountains. I lift, I run, and whenever I can, I hit the trails—so “Hybrid Athlete” feels like the best description of me.

Since Q3 2025, I have been a member of the maintenance team on behalf of the DevSecOps department, supporting business products related to logistics. After more than 20 years of working in the IT industry, I still ask myself the question: ‘Why doesn’t this want to work?’—and most often I answer it myself: ‘Because I forgot to configure something.’ To keep a product in good technological shape, you need a place where technical information can be stored and shared—this is how I found Backstage. A fan of going through life in good company and at my own pace (cats are better than dogs).

Outside of work, she is a PhD candidate at IDS, Łódź University of Technology, a university lecturer, and a scientific researcher. She has presented at national and international conferences, as well as industry and academic webinars.

Her research interests include artificial intelligence, data analysis, anomaly detection, decision support systems, fuzzy sets and logic, intelligent data interpretation, and graph databases.

Software Engineer and Chapter Lead of the .NET chapter at Volvo, with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and 8 years at the company.

He focuses on building enterprise-grade software using the mostly Microsoft technology stack  and related ecosystems. With a background in solution architecture, Dmitry focuses on building robust, scalable solutions that are easy to use and maintain.

Dmitry enjoys hands-on development, solving complex technical challenges, and applying engineering best practices to improve code quality and long-term maintainability in real-world enterprise systems.

Developer Platform Engineer – DevSecOps at Volvo Group with a background in Computer Science and Cybersecurity. She focuses on building secure and scalable developer platforms, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, and promoting DevSecOps practices. Małgorzata is particularly interested in application security, cloud security, and enabling engineering teams to deliver software safely and efficiently through automation and security-by-design approaches.

A tester by calling, Scrum Master by chance—and I’ve fallen in love with it. For five years, I hunted bugs in code; now I also hunt bugs in team collaboration. I discovered the DISC model while trying to answer: “Why doesn’t my team get along when everyone is competent?” Today, I share the practical lessons I’ve learned along the way.

Graduate in Economic Analytics from the Wrocław University of Economics. He completed the Volvo Data Academy upskilling program and is a member of both the VCE Machine Data Analytics (MDAP) Team and the VCE Explorations Team. Currently, he works as a Professional Data Engineer.

His interests include philosophy and psychology, and he is also the author of a research paper on information security: “Analysis of Information Security Status Based on the National Cyber Power Index.”
