I didn’t start in tech. I found my way into it.

With an arts background, no technical experience and a career built across England, Ireland, Spain and Poland, technology once felt like a world that belonged to someone else. Today, I’m a Digital Product Area Owner at Volvo Group, working with Power Platform and Citizen Development, and constantly exploring what technology can make possible next.

My journey taught me that you don’t have to follow a traditional path to belong in tech. Curiosity, courage and the willingness to keep learning can take you surprisingly far.

Over my 10 years at Volvo Group, a dream of becoming a driving force for Citizen Development turned into a real mission: helping people see themselves not just as users of technology, but as people who can create with it. Along the way, I’ve created spaces for people to learn, experiment and get inspired through countless events, trainings and tech initiatives, because I believe the best part of technology is what happens when people feel brave enough to try.

I’m drawn to new perspectives, bold ideas and challenges that initially feel slightly impossible.

Privately, I’m a mother of two very lively boys and one cat, a passionate traveler and scuba diver, and a lifelong believer in looking at the bright side of life.

Kamil Bielawa works where data, security and AI collide. A cybersecurity leader with a strong background in data protection, risk and cloud security, he focuses on making emerging technologies both useful and trustworthy.

Technology leader with over 15 years of experience in Big Data, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. Throughout her career, she has worked across banking, gamedev, and public finance, building and leading technology teams and delivering data and AI solutions.

Currently, she works as the Agentic AI Automation Leader at Schaeffler, focusing on collaboration between business and IT and developing a monitoring framework for AI agents deployed across Shared Services Center (SSC) processes.

She combines a strong technical background with experience in managing teams and translating business needs into technology solutions. As a co-founder of Women in Big Data Poland, she is also actively involved in supporting women in technology, sharing knowledge, and connecting people across the data and AI community.

Paweł is the Head of HRIS at People Services, bringing over 15 years of experience leading complex projects and transformation programs across HR, IT, Finance, Transition & Outsourcing, and the automotive industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered more than 30 projects of varying scale, managing budgets of up to PLN 20 million and leading project teams of up to 50 people.

His professional journey includes roles such as Project Manager, Program Manager, PMO Manager, Portfolio Manager, Scrum Master, and leader of Project Management teams. He has extensive experience in IT implementations, organizational transformation, and change management initiatives, particularly within global automotive environments. Before taking on his current role, he worked as a Project Manager, leading large-scale business and technology projects while mentoring other project managers.

A PMP®, CAPM®, and Agile Project Management Foundation certified professional, Paweł combines expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and PMI methodologies with a people-centered leadership approach. He believes that effective communication is the foundation of successful project delivery and follows the principles of servant leadership, empowering teams to achieve excellence through collaboration, trust, and support.

He holds a degree in International Relations and Project Management from the Wrocław University of Economics and is passionate about leveraging technology, innovation, and strong leadership to drive organizational growth and positive business outcomes.

HR expert with over 15 years of experience in people and organizational development. She has built her expertise across a range of industries, from manufacturing and services to pharmaceuticals, working in both local and international environments. She specializes in strategic HR, partnering with leaders and teams to drive effective change management and foster employee engagement. Her work includes leading development initiatives, implementing performance management systems, managing talent, and supporting values-driven organizational cultures.

Combining a strategic mindset with a deep understanding of business needs, she focuses on practical, sustainable solutions powered by technology and the development of future-ready skills. She believes that people and their potential are the foundation of every successful organization, and that learning organizations represent the future.

An outcome-oriented technology leader recognized for her strong business acumen and product management expertise. As Head of Power Platform Foundations at Volvo Group, she works at the intersection of technology, governance and business value.

 She is passionate about turning emerging technologies into practical capabilities, with a particular focus on low-code platforms and generative AI.
